This tastefully restored stone and timber cottage is adjacent to Dolgenau Hir and enjoys its own garden with a splendid outlook over the Trannon Valley.

The cottage retains many original features whilst benefiting from modern amenities and comforts.

Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and the usual accessories.

Dining area with antique kitchen table, chairs and dresser.

Sitting room full of character with inglenook fireplace and original pitch floor, creatively furnished with comfortable seating, TV/Video/DVD and a French door (not opening) overlooking the valley.

Ground floor bathroom with bath, WC, hand basin and power shower. First floor en suite shower room with WC and hand basin off a three-single-bedded room.

Stairs lead to a landing bedroom with 4' bed, second bedroom with three 3' beds, and a third bedroom with a cast iron and brass 4'6" bed. All rooms are beautifully decorated, with original beams and antique furnishings.

Full calor gas central heating, electricity & logs included.

Please note that there are steps to access the cottage and the car parking area is on a steep slope. This is an old property so there are low beams and uneven floors which make the cottage unsuitable if you have any mobility issues.

Dolgenau Hir (The Barn) and Lower Dolgenau are neighbouring cottages with shared access from the parking area but are otherwise fully self-contained.
